The elliptical object on display at the Kodiak Electric Association plant last week has been identified as a fuel tank from a Japanese torpedo. Bill Criss told Leon Ole Johnson he worked around torpedoes in the war and had seen the tanks. The tank was found by John Chya near Spruce Cape.
