P J Watkinson says a new Agora Transit System will begin Monday with yellow dred buses between a naval base and Kodiak Mission Road. Buses shipped from the United States on the Denali with three more arriving later. three drivers joined from the States. The firm aims to offer regular service at low, affordable prices, including children’s fares and commuter tickets, as soon as schedules are set next week.
