Base Employe Commits Death by His Own Action
Seattle Fred Church, 46, a power house engineer at Kodiak, on leave, shot himself through the heart with a .22 revolver. He began work for Siems-Drake in 1940, lived with his wife and children in Ruskinville, and after evacuation remained there. Since November 1941 he was employed by the Naval Air Station. Voter registration yesterday stood at 308. last year 357 registered and 28 voted.
