Bryan Gets Clean Slate for Alaska REA official
Kodiak Electric Association board in a special session voted a clean slate for Herbert G Bryan Alaska REA representative who faced criticism after a petition and a letter from Mrs Catherine Blankenburg. The board noted it had no involvement with the petition signed by 400 REA members and users and will inform the REA in Washington that delays were due to match shortages not Bryan’s actions. The decision came in a 5-4 vote with the president casting the deciding ballot. The item was presented by Leo Sears after two attempts amid extended discussion.
