Judge grants temporary injunction on Kodiak fishing limits
Special Judge Harry E. Pratt issued a temporary injunction restraining the government from enforcing fishing restrictions in waters of the Kodiak reservation on Kodiak island. The government may appeal. Attorney Earl Medley says packers will seek a trial on the merits this fall.
