Virginia Nortonx Aug 6 Norfolk greets North Carolina visitors from various trade sectors who arrived overnight. City officials welcomed guests at 1 pm, then hosted a banquet for about two thousand. Toaster responses came from Hon John Goode, Mayor Tucker, and Judge Hillard among others.
