Council Names Committee and Library Board Appointments
At the last city council meeting all members attended except Graf and Dewane. The school board president announced steps to secure a public library and elected two library board members: A Stage, T B Deem, Mrs Ralph Goner, and Mrs Jennie Johnson were nominated. Deem and Wagoner were chosen for one year, with Stage and Johnson joining the board. The board totals seven with three from Judge Morris. Other actions included sidewalk repairs, Franklin Street improvements, and a gas engine sale inquiry.
