Mrs. Joseph Pinquard was first to register as Kingsport books opened at Broad Street this morning. Registration runs three days, 8 am to 9 pm, with Harry Nelms and M R Hillenberg as city officials. A local post of National Defenders will organize tonight at the Nelms building starting at 8. One hundred twenty five members already pledged. H. W.
