Ralph P. Grant was elected president of the Kingsport Symphony Orchestra Association at a Tuesday night meeting at Radio Star WRPT. Grant had been treasurer for two years. Crime conference returns officer group from Miami Beach
John L. Lunsford led a majority of 48 states Banty Parole Officers returning from a four day conference at Miami Beach sponsored by the National Institute on Crime and Delinquency.
