Airplanes and coast guard searched Long Island Sound for the Sea Fox missing since a weekend cruise from City Island. Four men and three women drowned, including Mrs. Marcia Snedden a 25 year old psychiatrist. The 36 foot cabin yacht disappeared amid a 40 mile gale. no survivors found.
