Deldia Buck pleaded guilty and was turned over to the sheriff with sentence withheld. Harrison and Everett McGrady of Kingsport were fined $2 and costs on an assault submission in an old case. Bristol Route 4 was fined $50 and jailed 20 days for disposing of an auto without title. At noon juries were set on two cases including assault and battery against K O Graves of Kingsport and two larceny submissions involving obtaining money under false pretenses.
