Fire in Capitol Extinguished Quickly

In Kingsport yesterday afternoon at about 1 30 two robbers claiming to be state highway patrol attempted to stop a U S mail truck driven by W N Chase. Chase drew his pistol to deter them after they demanded credentials. The pair fled back to their car when warned off.
