In Charleston West Virginia a seven woman five man federal jury resumed deliberations in the extortion trial of Arch Moore and aide William Lay. They face one count of conspiring to extort 25000 from Theodore Price in 1972 with a non existent bank charter. If convicted they could receive up to two years in prison and a 10000 fine.
