In Macon Georgia on March 29 the trio known as the baby bandit from New Bern North Carolina and two companions were jailed on charges of murdering E B Hogan, local broker, during an attempted holdup the night of March 26. Mrs Eva Tanner Hogan's companion was released after nine days. The case likely to go before the grand jury when the session opens April 4. Sheriff Walter Anderson of Knoxville will receive a $500 reward for the capture.
