Man Charged With Impersonating Federal Officer

Charles Roark 20 of Bristol Virginia held in Kingsport jail on federal charges of impersonating a federal officer and obtaining money under that claim. He allegedly posed as an OPA agent, received 105 dollars in Kingsport and 60 in Johnson City, and was to be transferred to federal custody in Jonesboro. Police say similar incidents may have occurred in neighboring cities.
