38 ARE YET MISSING AT PARNASSUS
Tarnasses Ha March 22 Twenty six miners were known to have been killed and 88 were missing today more than 24 hours after an explosion wrecked wire Kinloch mine of the Valley Camp Coal Company. Rescue crews battled debris 7,000 feet from the entrance as hope revived that some entombed workers still were alive. Twenty five bodies had been recovered and identified, another died in hospital. Engineers said fresh air was moving into the mine and federal investigators joined the probe. Twelve miners died in the same mine a year ago yesterday.

Funeral for W. M. Neil Held Saturday at Presbyterian
Funeral services for W. M. Neil a 69 year old Kingsport farmer and dairyman who died by suicide were set for Saturday at 10 00 a m from the First Presbyterian Church with Rev.
