CHATTANGOGA AP The life of a young Negro stand in demonstrator was threatened in a telephone call late Wednesday night. Willie Ricks 18 identity of the caller who claimed to be dragon of the KKK. Earlier Wednesday Ricks and a white man James Williams 47 were fined 50 dollars each in City Court on disorderly conduct charges from a theater stand in demonstration the night before. Police have kept Negroes protesting theater segregation and white youths apart amid nightly tensions with occasional stones and missiles but no serious injuries reported.
