Washington March 14 The U S Treasury will conduct the largest government financial transaction since World War I on Monday with over 3 billion dollars in receipts and payments. Income tax receipts and bond sales will total about 2 095 261 150 received and 1 159 000 000 paid out, as the 1930 first quarter income taxes come due and securities are exchanged to retire debt.
