Ruling On Districting Appealed in Tennessee Court

Nashville attorney Harris Gilbert filed an appeal for seven legislators challenging Chancellor Ned Lentz’s ruling that dividing the state’s four largest counties Shelby Davidson Knox and Hamilton into senatorial districts is unconstitutional. Virginia College Plan Faces Final Senate OK

Gov Mills J Godwin hinges final passage of a comprehensive Community College bill in the General Assembly.
