YOUNGSTOWN July 35 AP The negotiation and approval of the Bethlehem Youngstown steel merger is charged as deliberate fraud by plaintiff counsel Luther P Day of Cleveland. He said Campbell and Dalton induced Youngstown stockholders to accept terms that favored Bethlehem and blocked better terms for Youngstown.
CHICAGO June 25 AP The name Capone has lost its terror for police. Cab driver Joseph Cavielli claimed to be Capone and warned officers after a traffic stop. An officer asked about the name and then ordered him to pay a $25 fine. Judge Padded directed Cayvielli to settle the fine.

He said federal reserve banks lack authority to buy such securities and that national banks are restricted to other marketable securities.
