Fleeing Prisoners Slain and Captured in Baltimore Chase
Two armed fugitives from D C prison near Lorton were spotted in Baltimore after stealing a Washington car from Senator Pat Harrison. Martin J Walsh alias James Bischoff, 35, was fatally shot when he reached for a pistol and died en route to hospital. Slayer Attempted Suicide in Jail Amid Gates Killing Case
Laday Brockelhurst 23 tried to hang himself in his jail cell after the hitchhike murder of Victor A. Gates owner of Little Rock Jands.
