Hensleys Captured After Five Day Chase Across States

Charles W. Brown of the Charlotte FBI office reports Carl W. Hensley and Martha Tattle Hill Hensley were arrested in Cowpens South Carolina after a lengthy pursuit across several states. The fugitives had earlier dodged highway patrols and roadblocks in Tennessee Georgia and North Carolina. The couple previously faced charges in Kingsport Tennessee for possessing a stolen auto.
