The Halston Valley Community Hospital board of directors will convene Thursday July 26 at 4 p.m. in the Wilcow Mall Conference Room. The Kingsport Citizens Advisory Committee will meet Thursday July 26 at 7 p.m. in the Council Room at City Hall.
