Miss Dorothy Wilson daughter of Milton Wilson a director of Wilsons Brothers was critically injured when her car was struck by a vehicle driven by Miss Helen Hertz. Hertz, 19 daughter of John Hertz, faces assault with a deadly weapon charges and is at liberty on her own recognizance after a stop light collision. A blood transfusion was performed to combat hemorrhages from a crushed pelvis and two ribs. Nearby Evanston police noted Hertz rammed the Wilson car through the stop light. Wilson and her chauffeur were hospitalized. Hertz had a chauffeur with her at the time.
