France and Germany end reparations quarrel by bond

A plan to set a world light around the world record by James Mattern and Bennett Griffin Lo ended in a crash near Borisov, 50 miles from Minsk. Robber Vittatoe jailed in Campbell county jail

Robert Vittatoe, 21, wanted in Logan County Arkansas on a bank robbery charge, was arrested Thursday at a brother’s home and jailed in Campbell County. Officials say Vittatoe and three others locked a cashier in a bank vault and escaped with about $1,000.
