Judge Caldwell proposes five cent rate cut in Sullivan County tax
Judge Joe A. Caldwell urged a 5 cent reduction in the real and personal property tax rate for Sullivan County. He proposed a 20 cent ordinary fund, 60 cent school fund, 12 cent special school fund, 16 cent high school, 22 cent interest, 10 cent sinking, 16 cent road and 3 cent bridge funds.
