JACKSON Tenn UPI A 24 year old carpet layer Donald O Neal Holt was charged as the abductor in a bungled 200000 kidnapping extortion plot. Rebecca Arendale was seized from her home and escaped as passersby found the ransom money and alerted authorities. Holt was arrested at his subdivision home near the Arendale residence and linked by police to a work truck found nearby.

Helicopter To Remove Crash Victims
