Explorers Hunt Missing Subs In Mediterranean Search
In Toulon the undersea explorer Jacques Cousteau and his SP300 diving saucer joined the hunt for the French submarine Minerve missing with 52 aboard. Across the Mediterranean Commodore Shlomo Erel said Israel’s Dakar will be searched until found or evidence of fate emerges. The 1100 ton Minerve vanished after a routine mission.
