Smoky Mountain Conference Tourney Returns to Kingsport
Kingsport again hosts the Smoky Mountain Conference basketball tournament on March 5 6 and 7 at Dobyns Bennett gym. Seven East Tennessee teams Maryville Milligan King Tusculum Carson Newman East Tennessee State Teachers and Lincoln Memorial University compete with about 80 athletes and coaches expected to attend plus many students. Attendance last year was strong and organizers anticipate a larger event this year.
