FRANKFORT Ky The Kentucky Legislature repealed the all age lien law as part of Gov Chandler campaign promise. Senate final action 32 to 2 with Wickliffe and Ruh opposing. House previously approved 8 to 2. Repeal becomes law 90 days after adjournment of the 1956 legislative session. Chandler to speak on repeal Friday night. Senate to vote on transferring 2 100 000 from surplus to governor s emergency fund for Louisville fairground and other commitments.
