$30,000 Building Planned On Broad Street
A two story store and office building on Broad street between Huddle Electric and the Sterchi site is set to begin within days at about $30,000. W. R. Sproles Construction Co. won the contract to build a concrete brick structure with two 25 foot frontages on Broad. The second floor will hold office suites. Built by H C and W W Cawood of Harlan County Ky the Jets space was bought for Sterchi expansion. Occupants not yet determined though lease applications are being considered. Completion is aimed within 90 days.
