The meeting adopted a general pay raise resolution to cover higher living costs and named a committee to represent the district at the National Policy Committee meeting in Washington next Friday to shape UMW policy for the year while delegations were picked for the district way scale committee meeting in Washington March 1 to discuss general cases next year between dying operators.
