Bevins Still Pulling Together After golden years
The Bevins celebrate a golden wedding anniversary and credit togetherness as the key to a lasting marriage. Mr. Beving says the best way to get along is for the woman to be boss, while Mrs. Bevins recalls they decide things together. The couple has lived in Kingsport since 1916 and attend First Baptist Church. Their family includes four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Beving retired in 1959 from Penn-Dixie and enjoys cooking breakfast each morning.
