Todd, 1224 Watauga Street, is a graduate of Emory and Washington and Lee Law School. He has practiced with his father in Kingsport and resides at 130 Watauga. He is married to Ruth Dogeeth and active in politics, serving on the city board of elections and as president of the Kingsport Bar Association. He passed the Tennessee bar in March 1944 and held several scholarly and professional honors.
