The estate of Miss Fannie Moffitt in Altamount Tennessee goes to auction, with 180 tracts totaling 20 000 acres including farms timber and mineral lands and a 12 room brick residence. Miss Moffitt died Sept 10 without a will leaving an unsettled estate valued between 250 000 and 300 000 dollars.
