Mullins West Virginia cab driver James A. Mann directed officers to two suspects wanted by Mullins Police for alleged false pretenses and burglary. Arthur Pringle, 19, after dosing on sleeping pills, confessed to killing his 18 year old girlfriend Sally Ann Humphreys in a parked car in Contra Costa County.
