The Kingsport City Schools Fine Arts Department hosts its spring Music and Art Festival Friday April 6 at 7 30 p m in the Dobyns Bennett High School gym. Choruses and bands from all city schools perform and art works are displayed in the gym lobby.
Kingsport Fire Department investigated two calls Sunday at 1164 E Market and 130 Belmeade Drive. An overheated water heater produced steam at the Gibson address with no fire found. A second visit for smoke at Robert Bruce’s home found no fire.
