Frustrated social notes from Mather home on Cleveland Ave
The fragment recounts a Wednesday night gathering at the Mather home, gifts exchanged for Frances Goforth and other guests, a New York City trip for a hostess, and a holiday party with decorations, refreshments, and several community members in attendance. It mentions anniversaries, church events, and a book sale at a farm event, all in a late 19th or early 20th century social column style.
