Yeddo Old Settlers Meet Plans Unfold in Veedersburg Grove
The twenty eighth annual Yeddo old settlers meeting will be held August 15 in Uncle Henry Smiths grove south of Yeddo. W Cronk presides with Aaron Walton secretary Henry Hershberger treas Jacb Sample and Joe Williams as executives. The program includes H C Yount as MC Rev J P Henson giving opening invocation Rev O E Kelley delivering welcome and Emerson E Ballard giving annual address. Premiums for oldest couple married longest and oldest Fountain County native plus a baby prize. A special Attica to Yeddo train departs 9 15 am with return at 6 30 pm connecting to Big 4. 66th Birthday Celebration for David Fine Near Wallace

The Covington horse show yesterday drew a large throng with representation from most county towns. A special Attica train brought delegates, and Kingman sent many attendees. The event showcased Fountain's best horses and colts while the Indianapolis News Boys Band provided excellent music.
