Located on the Main Line of Chicago Milwaukee and St Paul Railroad, 48 miles west of Mitchell and 22 miles east of Uberlain. The town features a fine public building, a first class post office, two good hotels, an elevator, ground materials for a future three lumber yards, stock yards, several smith shops, woolly livery stables, and stores covering all trades.
