Brule County Proceedings Set 1904 Tax Basis and Petitions
Brule county South Dakota commissioners and assessors met April 5 1904 to set personal and real property tax bases. They classified land to two classes and established schedules for cattle horses and other property. The board approved hiring a veterinarian and processed petitions for dog tax refunds and school loan grants while approving several tax petitions and refunds. The session continued with later actions on petitions and loans and adjourned to April 6 1904.
