Mob violence claim near Indiantown church in Williamsburg County
Reported last Saturday morning near Indiantown Presbyterian Church in Williamsburg County, a Black man James Burgess Jr is said to have attempted to assault a white woman after a prior incident in the area. The earlier case involved Luther Wilson's family and a fatal shooting at Cooper's Store last winter, with three Black men later executed in Kingstree.
