Monoclonious Mounted At American Museum Exhibition
The American Museum of Natural History mounts the monoclonious, an extinct creature that would be over eight million years old today. It wandered Alberta’s tropical glades, had five front toes, hoofed inner hind toes, a five foot skull, beak like a turtle, and horns above the eyes and nose. Barnum Brown, noted explorer and hunter, discovered its stone resting place.
