Lightning Kills Rumsey Steer and Insurance Adjusts Claim
A steer owned by J. A. Rumsey was killed by lightning. Royal Insurance Co. reported the loss, issued a prompt check, and will honor the San Francisco fire loss. John Sides handles all adjusted policies for this firm. Fred J. Hoyt suffered a crushed foot from a dropped steel rail while with the Buckingham shovel gang and was treated in Keota. Fred Vogliotti, a Keota Al baseball player, arrived from Colorado Springs to join today’s game against Raymer. Mrs. T. R. Gurwell visited Keota briefly.
