The Star class Sunday school social drew a large crowd with music readings and sideshows. Lloyd Leroy Livengood, age three, died. funeral services were held at the Huckingham Methodist Church. A S Whipple resumed duties as Sunday school superintendent after illness. Local residents made various visits and personal updates, including Dinsmoors, Kile, Lauer, Memovich, Silvis, and Fortner offerings.

Rural Life Conference Set for Weld County April 25
A county-wide rural life conference will be held in Greeley and ten consolidated Weld county schools on Tuesday April 25. The event is hosted by local schools with the U S Department of Education Colorado Education Association University of Colorado Colorado Teachers College and County Superintendent C W Martin. Keota will begin at 2 pm at F and M Hall with John A Sexson addressing Taxation. Buckingham hosts a parallel session with Keota’s Bridwell arranging for Prof Mark Burrows to speak after Sexson and the event will travel to Raymer for an evening meeting.
