Keota High School Track and Tennis Notes
Keota High School will skip the Grover tennis tournament on April 16 due to insufficient preparation. Track practice has been limited by weather, but both boys and girls train on good days. Girls enter all events including baseball throw, basketball throw, 60 yard dash, and relay. Boys plan several events. Track at Buckingham is May 13 with the Declamatory Contest the same evening. Preliminary readings to select Keota’s finalists occur about a week before the final. Grade track meet at Buckingham on April 21 with Keota grade pupils competing.
