M. E. Church Youth Socials and Community Notes
The Young People's Class held a monthly social in the basement with about forty attendees playing games and sharing sandwiches. Easter events at the M. E. Church included a program with Rev. Moseley and pan tomimes by young ladies, a reading by John Byrne, and songs led by Mrs. Yeager and Hugh McCutchan. Community members attended gatherings, visits, and clubs. fundraising pie social aims to install church electric lights. residents traveled to nearby towns for meetings, family visits, and market activities.

Crop acreage in Colorado likely to fall slightly this year
State reports from several sources indicate total cultivated acreage in Colorado will be somewhat less than 1920. Winter wheat planted area should reach about 90 percent of 1919 levels, with reductions in sugar beets beans oats and barley, while potatoes corn and sorghums may rise. Non irrigated districts expect cuts, though some new farms begin operation to offset declines.

Olson Reelected Mayor in Keota Quiet Election
Olson was reelected mayor of Keota despite desiring another candidate. Currie and Byrne won two-year council terms. Dodder joined as sixth member. Foley filled the one-year vacancy after a tie between Tyler and Swearingen. The election, though not strictly by code, was considered satisfactory with minimal ballots cast in Raymer and voters writing candidate names on ballots.

Brotherhood Class Meeting Sets Church Road Improvements
The Brotherhood Class of the M. E. Church met Monday evening with sixteen members and thirty-two total in attendance including ladies. They agreed to fix the road from Foley's corner to the church and the street in front, lunch to be served by the ladies after the business session, work to begin next Monday.
