Raymond Pariseau, 29, was fined $15 and costs for hit and run in municipal court after being booked by detectives following a Sunday accident involving Eugene DeFrang's parked car on 14th Avenue near 63rd Street. Pariseau also faced $5 and costs for driving without a license. Other weekend incidents include a car driven by George Richard Tay.
