U S Senator Alexander Wiley gave the keynote at Library Park and spoke on citizenship and patriotism. A wreath for Navy dead was laid off Eichelman Park with Lt Cmdr Harold Long and vessel PC 1237 taking part aboard the Kenosha naval reserve craft.
