Patrick A. La Cedra robbed the Working mens Cooperative Bank yesterday and wound up with $80 he deposited before officers closed in. Police said he locked three tellers with handcuffs that had nothing to fasten to, then attempted escape via a locked cellar where he swallowed a poison pellet that was knocked from his mouth. He later confessed to another $2,000 hold up last December.
